Abstract
The article proposes, with a brief comment, seven essays written by Massimo Severo Giannini, published in Mondoperaio between 1948 and 1949 and dedicated to the equal bicameralism and the constitutional discipline of the regions. In these essays, Giannini criticizes the institutional solutions of the Italian Constitution for a large number of readers. These essays are also interesting because they were published in a very particular period of the professor’s socialist militancy, when the phase of the Constituent Assembly in which he had participated as a protagonist was now over.
