Constitutional Law in Italy 2011

This text provides a brief review of the main constitutional events that
occurred in the course of 2011. Among these: the crisis of the Berlusconi
government and the new government led by Mario Monti, the role of the
President of the Republic, the legislative activity and institutional reforms, the
relationship between the State and the Regions and the Constitutional Court’s
jurisprudence.
