Much ado about nothing. Considerations on the problem of the political act

The work investigates the scientific category of the political act, from the perspective of its dogmatic utility. This, also in the light of Article 113 of the Constitution, which excludes any limitation to judicial review. The thesis supported is that Article 7 of the Code of Administrative Procedure expresses a principle similar to the interest in acting typified by Article 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
