Conditioning techniques and digital administration

If e-government as a tool of good administration can bring the administration closer to citizens, it also has a “dark side” where it creates new spaces and new possibilities to apply forms of nudging on citizen-users. For this reason, the article focuses on analysisin nudging hypotheses in digital public activities in order to evaluate limits, systems of control and forms of protection for citizen-users.
