REALaw (Review of European Administrative Law) warmly invites you to an online discussion on the edited collection Cases, materials and texts on judicial review of administrative action (Hart 2019) on 13rd July 2021, 2pm (Rome/Amsterdam time).This casebook asked the question whether a ius commune of administrative law of judicial review was developing in Europe on the basis of materials based on the EU legal system, as well as the legal systems of France, Germany, the Netherlands, and England and Wales. This approach will be the starting point for the discussion between our guests; there will be time for an online discussion and Q&A.
The discussions will be introduced by Professor Rob Widdershoven (Utrecht) and chaired by Dr Michał Krajewski (iCourts, Copenhagen).
The discussants will be Professor Giulio Napolitano (University of Roma Tre) and Professor Mariolina Eliantonio (University of Maastricht), one of the co-editors of the case book.
