EUI Global executive Master – GEM

The new Global Executive Master (GEM) degree, launched by the EUI, is a unique degree addressed at mid-career policy professionals.
It is offered part-time over a period of 2 years (“learn while you work”) and in blended form, with 2 weeks every year in Florence, and the remaining courses online.
The first cohort is expected to start in October 2024 and the application process is currently open with a deadline in May.
The degree is leveraging the academic excellence of the EUI as well as its proximity to policy, as an intergovernmental organisation that is part of the EU institutions.
It offers four specialisations (in economy and finance, energy and climate, tech and governance, and geopolitics and security), a combination of core modules and professional skills (in negotiations, foresight, policy communications, change management, leadership,…) and a capstone addressing policy issues relevant to the origin organisation of each participant.
More information on the degree can be found at https://gem.eui.eu/home, in a recent Politico article and in the attached brochure.
