This section collects IRPA research activity in the field of the organization and operation of the public sector. The method and the approach here are based on the project dedicated to the study of the “Organization and Operation of Public Administration”, led by Sabino Cassese between the 1980s and the 1990s and which ended up with the publications of about 80 books.
Research outputs are usually presented and discussed in seminars and meetings, and they are published as books, articles or working papers.
Amongst the most significants results, there are the research projects on the Italian administrative system, administrative controls, and politics and administration.
