Researcher required for Case Study on the Philippines’ Participation in Global Health Institutions
Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva
Description: The Centre for Trade and Economic Integration at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva is looking for a Researcher for a short term period. The Researcher would undertake a case study of the Philippines’ participation (by government and non state actors) in several international health institutions (such as the World Health Organization, or the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Codex Alimentarius and others).

Have such reforms improved the influence of hitherto marginalized and vulnerable voices? Have the reforms improved the legitimacy and effectiveness of international rule making?
Background: The candidate should ideally have a background in either of the fields of law, political science, International relations or health. The candidate would ideally have local knowledge of the Philippines. The candidate need not be based in Geneva.
