Luna Aristei is a Type A Research Fellow at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
After graduating in Law in 2015 from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, she earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law from Roma Tre University in 2017.
In 2022, she received a PhD in Law and Business from Luiss Guido Carli University, defending a thesis on “Market Instruments and the Regulation of Climate Change. Evolutionary Profiles.”
She was a Research Fellow at the same university from April 2023 to June 2025, and spent research periods at Thomas Jefferson University in 2022 and at Maastricht University in 2020-2021.
Author of articles on environmental, health, and administrative law, she published her monograph, “Public Regulation to Combat Climate Change. State, Market, Finance,” in 2025.
She has also spoken at several national and international conferences on administrative law.
