Maria Stella Bonomi (1988) is a PhD student with scholarship in Administrative Law at the University Roma Tre, Department of Law (2014).
She is a layer in the District Court of Rome (2015).
She has been nominated visiting lecturer in Administrative Law by Professor Giulio Napolitano, at the University Roma Tre, Department of Law (2015) and participates in the activities and commissions for exams of the chairs of Administrative Law and Comparative Administrative law.
She has been the winner of the annual research «Gestore dei servizi energetici»-University Roma Tre (2014). She has collaborated in the organization of the 5th («Protection of Consumers in Energy Markets») and 6th («Rules and market of energy efficiency») Conference of Energy Law, as well as in the drafting of the 5th Yearbook of the Conference.
She participated at the research project «The reform of the postal sector in the digital age» and drafted the paper «The transformation of the universal postal service to respond to new needs», published on Irpa Report n. 2/2015 «The regulation of the postal sector in the digital age» edited by Professor Giulio Napolitano (Editoriale Scientifica 2015). She participated as speaker at the conference «The reform of the postal sector in the digital age» in March 2014 at University Roma Tre, Department of Law.
She is the chief-editor of the «Observatory on Healthcare», published on Federalismi.it magazine.
She held contracts of supplementary teaching at the chair of Administrative Law of Professor Giulio Napolitano, at the University of Roma Tre, Department of Law.
She received her Master’s Degree in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Law at the University of Roma Tre, Department of Law, with a thesis entitled «The National Healthcare system and the role of Leadership» (2014).
She participated at several congresses, seminars and conferences on Administrative Law, Energy Law, Public Law, Healthcare Law, etc.
She undertook her legal traineeship at the State General Attorney Office (2012-2014).
She graduated, cum laude, in Administrative Law at the University Roma Tre, Department of Law (2012), with a thesis entitled «Responsibilities in healthcare system».
