Alessandra Mattoscio (1996) is a Ph.D. student in administrative law at the Luiss Guido Carli University, with a thesis on housing services.\r\nShe was a visiting research fellow at the Law School of Fordham University in New York (2024).\r\nHe is a visiting research fellow at the Universitat de Barcelona and participates in the activities of the C\u00e0tedra Barcelona d\u00b4Estudis d\u00b4Habitatge (2024).\r\nShe is the winner of a scholarship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for the Master of Studies in Legal Research of the European Law and Governance School, at the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) (2024).\r\nShe is an expert in Administrative Law at the Sapienza University of Rome.\r\nShe graduated in Law (a.y. 2019\/2020) with a score of 110\/110 cum laude from the Sapienza University of Rome, discussing a thesis in Administrative Law, entitled \"Public residential construction, between social values \u200b\u200band market imperatives\". She graduated from the Sapienza School of Advanced Studies with a score of 70\/70 and honours, and during her studies she spent a period of stay at the \u00c9cole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure in Paris (2019).\r\nShe practiced law at the law firm Police&Partners Avvocati Amministrativisti and was eligible for the state exam for the practice of the profession of lawyer, taken at the Court of Appeal of Rome (exam session 2022).\r\nShe was an intern pursuant to art. 73 of the legislative decree 21 June 2013, n. 69, at the Second Civil Section of the Ordinary Court of Rome, and is currently an intern at the Constitutional Court.\r\nSince 2024 she has been a member of the Institute for Research on Public Administration (IRPA).<\/p>","link":"https:\/\/www.irpa.eu\/en\/fellows\/amattoscio-en\/","name":"Alessandra Mattoscio","slug":"amattoscio-en","taxonomy":"person","meta":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
