Alessandra Mattoscio (1996) is a Ph.D. student in administrative law at the Luiss Guido Carli University, with a thesis on housing services.\r\nShe was a visiting research fellow at the Law School of Fordham University in New York (2024).\r\nHe is a visiting research fellow at the Universitat de Barcelona and participates in the activities of the C\u00e0tedra Barcelona d\u00b4Estudis d\u00b4Habitatge (2024).\r\nShe is the winner of a scholarship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for the Master of Studies in Legal Research of the European Law and Governance School, at the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) (2024).\r\nShe is an expert in Administrative Law at the Sapienza University of Rome.\r\nShe graduated in Law (a.y. 2019\/2020) with a score of 110\/110 cum laude from the Sapienza University of Rome, discussing a thesis in Administrative Law, entitled \"Public residential construction, between social values \u200b\u200band market imperatives\".
