This section collects IRPA research activity in the field of globalization. Research outputs are usually presented and discussed in seminars and meetings, and they are published as books, articles or working papers.
Amongst the most significants results, there are the series of projects focused on global administrative law (GAL) and the joint activity with the Institute for International Law and Justice and the Jean Monnet Center of New York University School of Law.
