Patrizio Rubechini (1978) in 2004 graduated with honors in Scienze Giuridiche (first level degree) at the Faculty of law of Roma Tre University, with a thesis in administrative law (title: “Innovazione amministrativa ed E-Government”).
In 2006 he graduated with honors in Giurisprudenza (second level degree) at the Faculty of law of Roma Tre University, with a thesis in administrative law (title: “La nuova disciplina degli appalti pubblici: partnership pubblico – privato”).
In 2007 he won a scholarship instituted by IRPA – Istituto di Ricerche sulla Pubblica Amministrazione, with a final thesis in administrative law (title: “La concessione aeroportuale di livello nazionale alla luce dell’evoluzione comunitaria”).
In 2011 he earned a Ph.D. in administrative law.
Since 2007 he collaborates to the activities of the chair of administrative law at the Faculty of law of the Roma Tre University.
