Eleonora Cavalieri (1983) is civil servant at the Presidency of Council of Ministers – Department of Regional Affairs and adjunct professor of «Cultural Property Law» at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Rome “Sapienza” (a.y. 2011-2012). She gives lectures on the Master program in «Administrative Law and Administrative Science» at the University of Rome “Roma Tre”.
After graduating cum laude in at the University of Rome “Sapienza” (2006) she was awarded an IRPA Felloship to conduct a research concerning the regulation of the insurance sector (2007). She got a LL.M. in Administrative Law and Public Management (University of Rome “Roma Tre”) and a Ph.D. in Administrative Law in 2011.
She has worked, as legal expert, at the Presidency of Council of Ministers – Unity for Simplification and Better Regulation (2008-2012). She is barrister in Rome since 2009.
She took part in several research programs and she is author of several publications concerning administrative organization, simplification, cultural property, urban and planning law.
