Marcello Clarich is Professor of administrative Law at the Department of Law of the Luiss University in Rome.
In 1985 he received a Master of Law from Harvard Law School. In 1980 he graduated in Law from the University of Pisa and Diploma cum laude from S. Anna School of Advanced Studies.
He has published many articles on administrative procedure, antitrust, privatisation, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, administrative reform and electronic communication.
He has been a member of various Government Advisory Committees including in 2010 the commission appointed by the Council of State to prepare a draft of a Code of administrative court procedure.
