The Law of the Constitution by A.V. Dicey

By Marta Cartabia

This contribution is a book review of the new re-edition of Albert Venn Dicey’s classic work entitled The Law of the Constitution. The author emphasizes the peculiarities of this re-edition. She also displays how Italian legal scholarship has studied Dicey, and identifies two main values in his work: education, and legal comparison.
