From 2008 to 2019 he held a teaching contract in the subject of Administrative Law at the Department of Law of the University of Roma Tre.

From 2007 to 2013 he was a lecturer in the II level Master’s Degree in Administrative Law and Administrative Sciences at the same university.

In 2009 he obtained the qualification to practice law in the district of the Court of Appeal of Rome. He is authorized to practice before higher courts.

He participated, as an independent expert, in the drafting of the 1st annual performance evaluation report for the Lazio Region (2009) as part of the Total Transparency Project, dealing with the sectors relating to the re-engineering of administrative processes and innovation in the institution regional.

In 2013 he was an expert at A.N.AC. – National Anti-Corruption Authority, regarding the evaluation and performance of the public administration.

In 2014 he taught at the “Carlo Bo” University of Urbino – Political Sciences and at the Master’s in Administrative Sciences held at the same university.

Since 2015 he has been an Arbitrator pursuant to art. 1 Legislative Decree 132/2014 at the Arbitration Chamber of the Rome Bar Association.

In 2016 he taught as part of the DCP Master – “The New Discipline of Public Procurement” – IaD School – University of Rome Tor Vergata.

He has dealt with environmental damage of nuclear origin, public games and transparency within the research projects launched by IRPA.

He is a member of the Web Editorial Committee of the Quarterly Journal of Public Law.

He is a member of the Web Editorial Committee of the IRPA website and, since 2021, Coordinator of the site.

He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Sports Law Journal of the C.O.N.I.

In 2017 he was legal advisor to the Director at the MiBACT “School of cultural heritage and activities and tourism” Foundation.

In 2018 he was eligible for the external competition for tax magistrate announced with resolution no. 1812 of 07/19/2016 – notice no. 6/2016 – published in the Official Journal IV special series n. 62 of 05/08/2016.

He was Commissioner ad acta of the Italian Powerboat Federation for the revision of the Federal Statute.

He is a member judge of the Federal Court of Appeal (also acting as Sports Court) of the FIPSAS – Italian Federation of Sport Fishing and Underwater Activities and of the Federal Court of Appeal (also acting as Sports Court) of the FMI – Italian Motorcycle Federation.
